直流高(gao)壓發生器是進行(xing)直流耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗和(he)測量泄漏電(dian)流的專用儀(yi)器設(she)備,是對電(dian)纜、避雷器、高壓(ya)電(dian)氣設(she)備進行(xing)絕緣(yuan)檢測試驗的必要儀(yi)器。直流高(gao)壓發生器(qi)的(de)用(yong)途主(zhu)要(yao)適用于電力部門、廠礦企業(ye)動力部門、科(ke)研單位、鐵(tie)路、化工、發電廠等對氧(yang)化鋅避(bi)雷器、磁吹避(bi)雷器、電力電纜、發電機、變壓(ya)器、開關等設備(bei)的直流高壓試驗。

▍ 操作規程及使用方法 ↴
● 控(kong)制箱(xiang)上(shang)的顯示燈、開關、旋鈕等已標清楚,看此操作說明時請(qing)參(can)照控(kong)制箱(xiang)的面板上(shang)元器件名稱使用。
● 倍(bei)壓筒(tong)底(di)(di)盤側面(mian)有(四)五芯(xin)插(cha)座(zuo)為聯接(jie)控制箱電纜之插(cha)座(zuo),底(di)(di)盤側面(mian)有銅接(jie)線柱(zhu)為接(jie)地(di)端子作連(lian)接(jie)地(di)線用。
● 附(fu)帶的(de)(de)高壓屏蔽電(dian)流表為(wei)數顯微安表,表頂端上的(de)(de)插孔為(wei)連接被試品的(de)(de)線插孔,同時也作為(wei)電(dian)源(yuan)開關,不用時請(qing)拔掉插頭,就自動(dong)關閉(bi)電(dian)源(yuan)。換電(dian)池時請(qing)將(jiang)后(hou)蓋旋(xuan)(xuan)下,換好后(hou)請(qing)將(jiang)后(hou)蓋旋(xuan)(xuan)緊。
1、使用前(qian)準備
⑴ 直(zhi)流發生器在使用前(qian)應(ying)檢查其完好性(xing),聯接電纜(lan)線不應(ying)有斷路(lu)和短路(lu),設備(bei)無(wu)破裂等(deng)損壞。
⑵ 將機箱、倍壓筒放置到(dao)合適的(de)安全的(de)位(wei)置,分別(bie)聯接(jie)好(hao)(hao)電(dian)源線(xian)(xian)、電(dian)纜線(xian)(xian)和接(jie)地(di)(di)線(xian)(xian)。保護接(jie)地(di)(di)線(xian)(xian)與工作接(jie)地(di)(di)線(xian)(xian)以及放電(dian)棒的(de)接(jie)地(di)(di)線(xian)(xian)均應單(dan)獨(du)接(jie)到(dao)試品(pin)的(de)地(di)(di)線(xian)(xian)上(即一點(dian)接(jie)地(di)(di))并確保接(jie)地(di)(di)良好(hao)(hao)。嚴禁各接(jie)地(di)(di)線(xian)(xian)相(xiang)互串聯使用(yong),以免擊(ji)穿時地(di)(di)電(dian)位(wei)抬高形成反擊(ji),損壞儀(yi)器。
⑶ 檢查(cha)電源開關(guan)(guan)是(shi)否在(zai)關(guan)(guan)斷的(de)(de)位(wei)置(zhi)上(shang),并檢查(cha)調壓(ya)電位(wei)器應在(zai)零(ling)位(wei)上(shang),過電壓(ya)保護整(zheng)定撥盤開關(guan)(guan)設置(zhi)在(zai)適(shi)當的(de)(de)位(wei)置(zhi)上(shang),一(yi)般為1.10~1.20倍測試電壓(ya)值。
2、空載升壓驗證過(guo)電壓保護整定(ding)值(zhi)
⑴ 請認準電源(yuan)是單相交流220V,50Hz.接通電源(yuan)開關,此(ci)時綠燈(deng)亮,表示電源(yuan)接通。
⑵ 按紅(hong)色按鈕,則紅(hong)燈亮,表示高(gao)壓接通。
⑶ 順時針方向平(ping)緩(huan)調節(jie)調壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)位器(qi),輸出(chu)端即(ji)從(cong)零開始升壓(ya)(ya)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表顯示(shi)為負(fu)載試品上的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(KV)值(zhi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)流表則顯示(shi)試品上流過的電(dian)(dian)(dian)流與所有泄漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)流之和,電(dian)(dian)(dian)流以微安(uA)為單位。升到所需的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)后,按規定時間記錄電(dian)(dian)(dian)流表讀數,并檢查控制(zhi)箱及(ji)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)有無異常現象及(ji)聲(sheng)響。
⑷ 降(jiang)壓,將(jiang)調壓電(dian)位器(qi)回零后(hou),隨后(hou)按綠色按鈕(niu),切斷高壓并關閉電(dian)源開(kai)關。
3、對試(shi)品進(jin)行泄漏及直(zhi)流耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗
⑴ 在做負載試(shi)驗前,將高壓(ya)屏蔽(bi)微(wei)安表安裝到倍壓(ya)筒上(shang)的高壓(ya)輸出端上(shang),并將配套(tao)的專(zhuan)用高壓(ya)線分別(bie)接到微(wei)安表上(shang)和被試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)。
⑵ 檢(jian)查(cha)儀器、放電(dian)棒、倍(bei)壓(ya)筒、試(shi)品(pin)聯(lian)接(jie)線(xian)(xian)、接(jie)地線(xian)(xian)是否正(zheng)確(que),接(jie)地線(xian)(xian)聯(lian)接(jie)是否可(ke)靠(kao),檢(jian)查(cha)高壓(ya)安全(quan)距離(li)是否符合(he)要求(qiu),方(fang)可(ke)開始(shi)進(jin)行試(shi)品(pin)的高壓(ya)試(shi)驗。
⑶ 檢查確認儀(yi)器等無異常情況后(hou),接(jie)通(tong)單相交流220V電(dian)源開關,此時綠燈亮,表示(shi)電(dian)源接(jie)通(tong)。可開始進行試(shi)品的直流泄漏和直流耐壓試(shi)驗。
⑷ 按紅色按鈕(niu),則紅燈亮(liang),表示高(gao)壓接通,待升高(gao)壓。
⑸ 順時(shi)針方向平緩調節調壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)位器(qi),輸(shu)出端即(ji)從零開始(shi)升壓(ya)(ya)。升壓(ya)(ya)速度以(yi)每(mei)秒3-5kV上升試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)為宜(yi)。對(dui)于大電(dian)(dian)容試品(pin)升壓(ya)(ya)時(shi)則(ze)需(xu)要(yao)緩慢升壓(ya)(ya),否則(ze)可能導致(zhi)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)過(guo)沖,還需(xu)監視電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)表(biao)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超過(guo)直流(liu)(liu)發生器(qi)的(de)zui大充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)。當升到(dao)所需(xu)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)或電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)后,按規定(ding)時(shi)間記錄電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)表(biao)及(ji)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表(biao)的(de)讀數。
⑹ 試驗完畢后,降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya),將調壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)位(wei)器回零后,隨(sui)后按綠色按鈕,切斷高壓(ya)(ya)并關閉(bi)電(dian)源開關。
⑺ 試驗(yan)完(wan)(wan)畢后,應(ying)用(yong)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)棒對(dui)試品(pin)進(jin)行多(duo)次(ci)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)后方(fang)可(ke)靠近試品(pin)和(he)拆線工作(zuo) (放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)請詳細見放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)棒使用(yong)說明書)。對(dui)小電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容試品(pin)如氧化鋅避雷器(qi)(qi)、磁吹避雷器(qi)(qi)等緩(huan)緩(huan)調節(jie)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)器(qi)(qi)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)到(dao)(dao)所需(xu)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流)值(zhi)(zhi),然后從數顯表上讀出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流)數值(zhi)(zhi)。如需(xu)對(dui)氧化鋅避雷器(qi)(qi)進(jin)行75%VDC-1mA的(de)測量(liang)時(shi),應(ying)先升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流到(dao)(dao)1000uA時(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)值(zhi)(zhi)停止(這時(shi)可(ke)記錄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流值(zhi)(zhi)),然后按(an)(an)(an)下黃色(se)按(an)(an)(an)鈕(niu),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)即降到(dao)(dao)原來的(de)75%,并(bing)保持此(ci)狀態。此(ci)時(shi)可(ke)讀取微安表數值(zhi)(zhi)及電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)值(zhi)(zhi)。測量(liang)完(wan)(wan)畢后,調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)器(qi)(qi)逆時(shi)針回(hui)到(dao)(dao)零(ling)位(wei),按(an)(an)(an)下綠色(se)按(an)(an)(an)鈕(niu),需(xu)再(zai)次(ci)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)時(shi)按(an)(an)(an)紅色(se)按(an)(an)(an)鈕(niu)即可(ke)。對(dui)大(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容試品(pin)時(shi),升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)應(ying)更要(yao)緩(huan)慢(man),并(bing)需(xu)要(yao)監視(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流表充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流不超過(guo)發生器(qi)(qi)的(de)zui大(da)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,一定要(yao)放(fang)(fang)慢(man)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)速(su)度,避免充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流過(guo)大(da)。試驗(yan)完(wan)(wan)畢后,將電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)調節(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)器(qi)(qi)逆時(shi)針回(hui)到(dao)(dao)零(ling)位(wei)上,隨后按(an)(an)(an)綠色(se)按(an)(an)(an)鈕(niu),切斷高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。此(ci)時(shi)注意電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降到(dao)(dao)20kV左右,方(fang)可(ke)用(yong)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)棒進(jin)行多(duo)次(ci)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),確(que)保安全(quan)。
4、在使用過程中發現紅(hong)燈滅,綠燈亮(liang),直(zhi)流(liu)高壓(ya)下降(jiang),即為有關保護動作。此時應按(an)下列步驟操作:
⑴ 將調(diao)壓電位(wei)器退回零位(wei)。
⑵ 關閉(bi)電(dian)源開關,面板指示燈均不亮(liang)。
⑶ 一分(fen)鐘(zhong)后(hou)(hou),待機(ji)內低壓(ya)電容器充分(fen)放(fang)電后(hou)(hou),才允許再(zai)次打開(kai)電源開(kai)關。重新進行(xing)空載試驗,并查(cha)明情況(kuang)后(hou)(hou),可再(zai)次升壓(ya)試驗
5、注意(yi):做電纜試驗時(shi),要(yao)安裝限流電阻使(shi)用。(做其它試驗時(shi),不(bu)能使(shi)用限流電阻),僅限于120KV以上。
▍ 注意事項 ↴
1、為確(que)保人身安全,在此反復提醒(xing)用戶注意(yi)控制箱及(ji)倍壓(ya)筒的(de)(de)良好接地(di)以及(ji)停機后的(de)(de)試品及(ji)倍壓(ya)筒放電問題。
2、防止異物進入控制箱,如控制箱有風(feng)扇時,應經常檢查風(feng)扇是(shi)否正常運轉。
3、當(dang)倍壓筒(tong)絕緣(yuan)筒(tong)臟污(wu)時請用(yong)干布擦凈,不可(ke)用(yong)酒(jiu)精,汽油等有(you)機類溶(rong)劑(ji)擦洗。可(ke)用(yong)洗滌劑(ji)清(qing)洗絕緣(yuan)筒(tong)表面,等風干后方可(ke)使(shi)用(yong),運輸或不使(shi)用(yong)時請放入箱內。
4、換保(bao)險管(guan)時,請(qing)按保(bao)險管(guan)座旁標定的安培數更換保(bao)險管(guan)。
5、若高壓(ya)屏蔽(bi)微安表(biao)上(shang)顯示"LOW BAT"時,請更(geng)換9V電池(chi),以避免測(ce)量誤差。
6、未經(jing)允許,請勿開啟控(kong)制箱及倍壓筒(tong),否則會影響產(chan)品的保修,自行拆(chai)卸廠方概不(bu)負責(ze)。
7、儀器運輸時應避免雨水浸蝕,嚴防碰撞和(he)墜落(luo)。
