▍ 操作規程及使用方法 ↴
● 控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)箱(xiang)上(shang)的(de)顯示燈、開關、旋鈕等已(yi)標清楚,看此(ci)操作(zuo)說明時請(qing)參照控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)箱(xiang)的(de)面(mian)板上(shang)元器(qi)件名稱(cheng)使(shi)用。
● 倍壓筒底盤(pan)側面有(四)五芯插座為(wei)聯接控(kong)制箱(xiang)電纜之(zhi)插座,底盤(pan)側面有銅接線柱為(wei)接地端(duan)子作連(lian)接地線用。
● 附帶(dai)的高(gao)壓屏(ping)蔽電流表(biao)為(wei)數顯微安表(biao),表(biao)頂(ding)端上的插孔為(wei)連接被試品的線(xian)插孔,同時(shi)也作為(wei)電源開關(guan),不(bu)用時(shi)請拔掉插頭(tou),就自動關(guan)閉電源。換電池時(shi)請將后(hou)(hou)蓋旋下,換好后(hou)(hou)請將后(hou)(hou)蓋旋緊。
1、使用(yong)前(qian)準(zhun)備
⑴ 直流發生器在使用前(qian)應(ying)檢查其完好性(xing),聯接電(dian)纜(lan)線(xian)不應(ying)有斷(duan)路和短路,設備無(wu)破裂(lie)等損壞。
⑵ 將機箱、倍壓筒(tong)放置(zhi)到合(he)適的(de)安(an)全的(de)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi),分別(bie)聯接(jie)(jie)(jie)好電源(yuan)線(xian)(xian)、電纜線(xian)(xian)和接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)線(xian)(xian)。保護(hu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)線(xian)(xian)與工作接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)線(xian)(xian)以及放電棒的(de)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)線(xian)(xian)均(jun)應單獨接(jie)(jie)(jie)到試(shi)品的(de)地(di)(di)(di)線(xian)(xian)上(shang)(即(ji)一點接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di))并確保接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)良好。嚴禁各接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)線(xian)(xian)相(xiang)互串聯使用,以免(mian)擊穿時地(di)(di)(di)電位(wei)(wei)抬(tai)高形成反擊,損壞(huai)儀器。
⑶ 檢查電(dian)(dian)源開關是(shi)否在(zai)(zai)關斷的位(wei)置上(shang)(shang),并(bing)檢查調壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)位(wei)器(qi)應(ying)在(zai)(zai)零位(wei)上(shang)(shang),過電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)保護(hu)整定撥盤開關設置在(zai)(zai)適當的位(wei)置上(shang)(shang),一般為(wei)1.10~1.20倍測試(shi)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)值。
2、空(kong)載升壓驗證過電(dian)壓保(bao)護整(zheng)定值
⑴ 請認準電源(yuan)是單(dan)相交流220V,50Hz.接(jie)通電源(yuan)開(kai)關,此(ci)時綠燈亮,表示(shi)電源(yuan)接(jie)通。
⑵ 按紅(hong)色按鈕,則紅(hong)燈亮,表示(shi)高(gao)壓接(jie)通。
⑶ 順時(shi)針方向平緩調節調壓(ya)電(dian)位器,輸出(chu)端即(ji)從零開始升(sheng)壓(ya)。電(dian)壓(ya)表(biao)顯(xian)示為(wei)負(fu)載試品上的電(dian)壓(ya)(KV)值,電(dian)流表(biao)則顯(xian)示試品上流過(guo)的電(dian)流與所有泄漏(lou)電(dian)流之和,電(dian)流以微安(uA)為(wei)單位。升(sheng)到所需(xu)的電(dian)壓(ya)后,按規定時(shi)間記錄電(dian)流表(biao)讀數,并檢查控制箱及輸出(chu)電(dian)纜有無(wu)異常現象及聲響(xiang)。
⑷ 降壓,將(jiang)調壓電位器回零后,隨后按(an)(an)綠色按(an)(an)鈕,切斷(duan)高壓并關閉(bi)電源(yuan)開關。
3、對試(shi)品進行泄漏及直流耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗
⑴ 在做(zuo)負(fu)載試驗(yan)前,將高壓(ya)屏蔽微安(an)(an)表安(an)(an)裝到(dao)倍(bei)壓(ya)筒上(shang)(shang)的高壓(ya)輸出端(duan)上(shang)(shang),并(bing)將配套的專用(yong)高壓(ya)線分別接到(dao)微安(an)(an)表上(shang)(shang)和(he)被試品上(shang)(shang)。
⑵ 檢(jian)查儀器、放(fang)電棒、倍壓(ya)筒(tong)、試品聯接線、接地線是否(fou)正確,接地線聯接是否(fou)可靠(kao),檢(jian)查高(gao)壓(ya)安(an)全距離是否(fou)符合要求,方可開(kai)始進行(xing)試品的高(gao)壓(ya)試驗。
⑶ 檢查確認儀器等無異常情況(kuang)后,接(jie)(jie)通單相交(jiao)流(liu)220V電源(yuan)開關,此時綠燈亮(liang),表示電源(yuan)接(jie)(jie)通。可(ke)開始進(jin)行試(shi)品的直流(liu)泄(xie)漏和(he)直流(liu)耐壓試(shi)驗。
⑷ 按紅色按鈕,則紅燈亮,表示高壓接通,待升高壓。
⑸ 順時(shi)針方向(xiang)平緩調(diao)節調(diao)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)位器,輸出端即從零開始升(sheng)壓(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)速(su)度(du)以(yi)每秒(miao)3-5kV上升(sheng)試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為宜。對于大電(dian)(dian)(dian)容試品升(sheng)壓(ya)時(shi)則需要(yao)緩慢升(sheng)壓(ya),否則可能導致電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)過(guo)沖,還需監視電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)表充電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)不超過(guo)直流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)發生器的zui大充電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)。當升(sheng)到所需的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)或電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)后,按規(gui)定時(shi)間記錄電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)表及電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)表的讀(du)數。
⑹ 試驗(yan)完(wan)畢后,降壓,將調壓電位(wei)器回零后,隨后按(an)綠(lv)色(se)按(an)鈕,切(qie)斷高壓并(bing)關閉電源(yuan)開關。
⑺ 試(shi)(shi)驗完畢后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou),應(ying)用(yong)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)棒對(dui)試(shi)(shi)品進(jin)行(xing)多次(ci)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)方可(ke)靠近試(shi)(shi)品和(he)拆線工(gong)作 (放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)請詳細見(jian)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)棒使用(yong)說明書)。對(dui)小電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)試(shi)(shi)品如(ru)氧化(hua)鋅(xin)避雷(lei)器(qi)、磁吹避雷(lei)器(qi)等緩(huan)緩(huan)調(diao)(diao)節(jie)調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)器(qi)升(sheng)壓(ya)到(dao)所需的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流)值(zhi),然后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)從數顯表(biao)上讀出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流)數值(zhi)。如(ru)需對(dui)氧化(hua)鋅(xin)避雷(lei)器(qi)進(jin)行(xing)75%VDC-1mA的(de)測(ce)量時(shi)(shi)(shi),應(ying)先升(sheng)到(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流到(dao)1000uA時(shi)(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)值(zhi)停止(這時(shi)(shi)(shi)可(ke)記(ji)錄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流值(zhi)),然后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)按(an)下黃色(se)按(an)鈕,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)即(ji)降(jiang)到(dao)原來的(de)75%,并(bing)(bing)保(bao)持此狀態(tai)。此時(shi)(shi)(shi)可(ke)讀取微安表(biao)數值(zhi)及電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)值(zhi)。測(ce)量完畢后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou),調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)器(qi)逆時(shi)(shi)(shi)針回到(dao)零(ling)位(wei)(wei),按(an)下綠(lv)色(se)按(an)鈕,需再次(ci)升(sheng)壓(ya)時(shi)(shi)(shi)按(an)紅色(se)按(an)鈕即(ji)可(ke)。對(dui)大電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)試(shi)(shi)品時(shi)(shi)(shi),升(sheng)壓(ya)應(ying)更要(yao)緩(huan)慢,并(bing)(bing)需要(yao)監視電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流表(biao)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流不(bu)超過發生器(qi)的(de)zui大充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,一定要(yao)放(fang)(fang)慢升(sheng)壓(ya)速(su)度,避免充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流過大。試(shi)(shi)驗完畢后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou),將電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)調(diao)(diao)節(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)器(qi)逆時(shi)(shi)(shi)針回到(dao)零(ling)位(wei)(wei)上,隨后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)按(an)綠(lv)色(se)按(an)鈕,切斷高壓(ya)。此時(shi)(shi)(shi)注意電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)表(biao)上的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)降(jiang)到(dao)20kV左(zuo)右,方可(ke)用(yong)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)棒進(jin)行(xing)多次(ci)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),確保(bao)安全。
4、在使用(yong)過程中發(fa)現紅燈滅(mie),綠燈亮,直流(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)下(xia)降,即為有關保護動作。此時應按下(xia)列步驟操作:
⑴ 將調壓電位器退回零位。
⑵ 關閉(bi)電源(yuan)開(kai)關,面板指示燈均(jun)不(bu)亮。
⑶ 一分(fen)鐘后,待機內(nei)低壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)容器充(chong)分(fen)放電(dian)后,才允許再次(ci)打開電(dian)源開關。重新進行空載試驗(yan),并查明情況后,可(ke)再次(ci)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)
5、注意(yi):做電(dian)纜(lan)試驗時,要安裝限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)使用。(做其它試驗時,不能使用限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)),僅限于120KV以(yi)上。
▍ 注意事項 ↴
1、為確保人身安(an)全,在此反復提醒用戶注意控(kong)制箱及倍壓筒(tong)(tong)的良好接地(di)以及停機后(hou)的試品及倍壓筒(tong)(tong)放電問題(ti)。
2、防止異物進入控制箱(xiang),如(ru)控制箱(xiang)有(you)風(feng)扇時,應經常檢查風(feng)扇是否正常運轉。
3、當倍壓筒絕緣(yuan)筒臟污時請用(yong)(yong)干(gan)布擦凈,不可(ke)用(yong)(yong)酒(jiu)精,汽油等有機類溶(rong)劑擦洗(xi)(xi)(xi)。可(ke)用(yong)(yong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)滌劑清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)絕緣(yuan)筒表面,等風干(gan)后方(fang)可(ke)使用(yong)(yong),運輸或不使用(yong)(yong)時請放(fang)入(ru)箱內。
4、換(huan)保(bao)(bao)險管時,請按保(bao)(bao)險管座(zuo)旁(pang)標定的(de)安培數更(geng)換(huan)保(bao)(bao)險管。
5、若高壓屏(ping)蔽微安表上顯示(shi)"LOW BAT"時,請更換9V電池,以避免測量誤(wu)差。
6、未經(jing)允許(xu),請勿開啟控制箱及倍(bei)壓筒,否則會(hui)影響產品的保修,自(zi)行拆(chai)卸廠方概(gai)不負責。
7、儀器運輸(shu)時應避免雨(yu)水浸蝕(shi),嚴防碰撞和墜落(luo)。
