高壓介質損耗測試儀簡介:高壓(ya)(ya)介(jie)質損耗(hao)測(ce)(ce)(ce)試儀用于現場抗(kang)干擾(rao)介(jie)損測(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang),或(huo)試驗(yan)室精密介(jie)損測(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)。儀器(qi)為一體化結構(gou),內置介(jie)損電(dian)橋、變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)電(dian)源、試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)和標準(zhun)電(dian)容器(qi)等。采用變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)抗(kang)干擾(rao)和傅立葉變(bian)(bian)換數字濾波技術(shu),全自動智能化測(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang),強(qiang)干擾(rao)下(xia)測(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)數據非常(chang)穩(wen)定。測(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)結果由大(da)屏(ping)幕液晶顯示,自帶微型打(da)印機可打(da)印輸出。

高壓介質損耗測試儀工作原理:在交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)作用(yong)下,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)介質(zhi)要消耗(hao)(hao)部分電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng),這部分電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)將轉變為(wei)熱能(neng)產生損(sun)(sun)耗(hao)(hao)。這種(zhong)能(neng)量(liang)損(sun)(sun)耗(hao)(hao)叫(jiao)做電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)介質(zhi)的(de)(de)損(sun)(sun)耗(hao)(hao)。當(dang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)介質(zhi)上(shang)施加交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)介質(zhi)中的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流間(jian)存在相角差Ψ,Ψ的(de)(de)余角δ稱為(wei)介質(zhi)損(sun)(sun)耗(hao)(hao)角,δ的(de)(de)正(zheng)切tgδ稱為(wei)介質(zhi)損(sun)(sun)耗(hao)(hao)角正(zheng)切。tgδ值(zhi)是用(yong)來衡量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)介質(zhi)損(sun)(sun)耗(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)參(can)數(shu)。儀(yi)器(qi)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)線(xian)路包括一標準(zhun)(zhun)回(hui)路(Cn)和(he)一被(bei)(bei)試(shi)回(hui)路(Cx),如圖1所示。標準(zhun)(zhun)回(hui)路由內(nei)置(zhi)(zhi)高穩定度標準(zhun)(zhun)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容器(qi)與(yu)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)線(xian)路組(zu)成,被(bei)(bei)試(shi)回(hui)路由被(bei)(bei)試(shi)品和(he)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)線(xian)路組(zu)成。測(ce)(ce)量(liang)線(xian)路由取樣電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻與(yu)前置(zhi)(zhi)放大(da)器(qi)和(he)A/D轉換(huan)器(qi)組(zu)成。通過(guo)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路分別(bie)測(ce)(ce)得標準(zhun)(zhun)回(hui)路電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流與(yu)被(bei)(bei)試(shi)回(hui)路電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流幅(fu)值(zhi)及(ji)其相位等,再由單(dan)片機運(yun)用(yong)數(shu)字化(hua)實時(shi)采集方(fang)法(fa),通過(guo)矢量(liang)運(yun)算便(bian)可(ke)得出試(shi)品的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容值(zhi)和(he)介質(zhi)損(sun)(sun)耗(hao)(hao)正(zheng)切值(zhi)。儀(yi)器(qi)內(nei)部已經采用(yong)了抗干(gan)(gan)擾(rao)(rao)措施,保(bao)證在外電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)干(gan)(gan)擾(rao)(rao)下準(zhun)(zhun)確測(ce)(ce)量(liang)。
